技术概述

无创胚胎植入潜能筛查(Noninvasive Implantation Capability Screening ,NICS®)是指通过NICSInst®专利技术结合第二代高通量测序的方法,检测培养至囊胚期时培养液中游离的DNA,以游离DNA的检测结果来反映整个胚胎的染色体情况,帮助医生在不进行活检的前提下,得到胚胎染色体的筛查结果,作为甄选移植胚胎的参考条件。
